As the world of robotics moves beyond pre-programmed movements toward true autonomy, Oliver will be delivering a keynote session titled:
"Teaching Robots to See and Act: The State of Play in Video Language Models (VLMs)"
The Vision: Beyond Sensors to Understanding
In this session, Oliver will explore the cutting edge of Video Language Models, the technology that allows robots to not only process visual data but to understand context and intent. While traditional robotics relies on rigid logic, VLMs enable machines to interpret complex environments and execute fluid, real-world actions. Oliver will discuss how smartR AI is bridging the gap between raw computer vision and actionable intelligence, ensuring that the next generation of robots can operate safely and effectively in high-stakes industries.
Leading the Conversation on AI
Beyond his keynote, Oliver has been invited to serve as a Workshop Conductor for the AI & Technology track. In this role, he will facilitate deep-dive discussions on the integration of private, secure AI models within the robotics and automation sectors.
