How long we keep information
We keep data for as long as we require it to provide services requested by you. For example, we will retain email addresses in digital format for people who have signed up to our mailing list, for as long as they continue to be recipients of our email newsletter. Any users who opt out of the mailing list will have their contact details removed from our subscribers list, and we will no longer retain this information (except in the rare circumstance we have a legal obligation to the contrary).
